When will my order be dispatched?
Processing time depends on product availability and payment. Each product shows its availability, and we send an e-mail confirmation after the order is placed.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Consumers can return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging. See the Returns policy page for details.
What should I do if the parcel is damaged?
Check the parcel before accepting it. If you see damage, refuse delivery and contact us at info@airfresh24.com.
How do I choose a scent?
Start with the place of use: home, fabrics or laundry. Product pages show the format, the use case and the fragrance notes — top, heart and base — where available.
